LJMA83. BR Class 08 Diesel Shunter No. 13240. In plain BR black with early crest. This is a factory built model by Dapol and is supplied in its original box with instructions. Fitted with working directional headlights front and rear and with very good cab detail. The model is lightly used. The prototype was into service from Darlington Works to York (North) in February 1956. It was renumbered to BR No. D3240 in 1958 and subsequently TOPS No. 08172 in 1974. It was withdrawn from Healey Mills in August 1985 and may have gone to Staveley (Barrow Hill) before being sold for scrap. £150.
