LMF20. LNER ex- Great Eastern Holden/Hill Class D16 'Claud Hamilton' 4-4-0 and tender No. 8783. In lined LNER apple green livery. This is kitbuilt or scratchbuilt in brass from the J. A. Evans collection and fitted with an ABC multi-stage gearbox, Maxon or similar motor, Slaters wheels and basic cab details. It was rebuilt as a D16/2 (larger boiler, Belpaire firebox) in 1928 and as a D16/3 (larger boiler, round-topped firebox) in 1939. It was withdrawn from Kings Lynn in August 1958, its only BR allocation. £895.
