WPGR01. Southern Railway/BR 25 Ton ‘Queen Mary’ Bogie Brake Van No. S56283. This appears to be of mostly metal construction, built and painted to a good amateur standard (note that it is not from the Connoisseur Models kit). The model is lightly used. The Southern Railway built 25 of these vans starting in 1936 for use on fast fully fitted freight services. At least one is preserved and at least one was still in departmental service into the 2000’s. SOLD.
